Biographical Sketch:  Ms. Strickland is licensed in Georgia and Florida as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) with over thirty-five years experience in healthcare.  With experience in healthcare education she helped develop the RN program at North Florida College and currently serves as a Preceptor.  With a Masters in Nursing she has experience in emergency and acute care, women’s health, heart health and geriatrics.  Ms. Strickland’s research project included a ten year lit review and recommendations for the care and treatment of sexual assault victims.  Applicable contributions to this work includes sexual assault assessment, treatment protocols and the development of Sexual Assault Response Team in Georgia.  Certifications includes Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Emergency Nursing, Pediatrics and Sexual Assault.
