Nursing Services
Skilled Nursing
We provide inpatient, swing bed (short-term rehab), hospice and Speech Therapy services.
The Nursing Department provides professional, compassionate and safe nursing care. Nursing will maintain the patient’s dignity, privacy, confidentiality and rights. Care is provided by trained and caring staff, which includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, medical technicians, and certified nursing assistants.
Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible while following the medical care plan designed for you by your physician or mid-level provider. Your health and comfort are important to us and our goal is to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
If being admitted by your doctor, please be sure to bring physicians orders with you to admissions. Bring a complete list of current medications and dosages.
Helpful Hints

Swing Bed (short-term rehab) Program
The Swing Bed Program (short-term rehab) gives patients the time they need to become stronger before leaving the hospital. It allows you to recover from surgery, illness or injury in your hometown so that you can be close to family and friends. We help take care of you until you are strong enough to go home and get back to living.
We offer a place for patients to receive personalized therapy services before discharge. Our team consists of physicians, nurses, physical, speech, and occupational therapists, respiratory therapists, dieticians/nutritionists, activity coordinator, chaplains, and case managers.
Patients receive inpatient rehabilitation and recovery services in a comfortable private room instead of transferring to out-of-town services. Let us help you meet your recovery goals.
