Rapid COVID-19 Testing is Now Available at MCMH

If you would like to make an appointment to get tested, you can call the MWU at (850) 253-1907 or click the button below to register.

Free COVID-19 At-Home tests are now available on the website below. Each household can secure 4 tests at no cost and those will be shipped to your home. The tests are expected to ship within 7-12 days after ordering. Please reach out to the MWU if you have any questions regarding testing or vaccines.
