Notice is hereby given that Madison County Memorial Hospital intends to select a Construction Management firm for the new Madison
Health and Wellness Center in Madison, Florida.

This project is funded in part through USDA Rural Development and will be subject to applicable federal requirements, including but not limited to Build America, Buy America (BABA) provisions and other RD contractual attachments as incorporated into the final agreement.

The individual project assigned under this contract shall consist of a new building, approximately 8,000 square feet, to be delivered
using a Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) delivery method (for clarity, as this is a qualifications-based CMc procurement,
estimated construction cost will be developed and validated during preconstruction and GMP negotiation rather than at the RFQ
stage).

A written response to an RFQ must be submitted to Clemons, Rutherford and Associates, Inc., Attn: Terry Ransom, 2027
Thomasville Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32308, no later than 2:00 PM EST on March 5, 2026.

RFQ – Madison Health and Wellness Center
The responsibility for submitting a response to this RFQ to Clemons, Rutherford and Associates, Inc. on behalf of Madison County
Memorial Hospital, on or before the stipulated time and date, will be solely and strictly the responsibility of the Proposer. Clemons
Rutherford and Associates, Inc. will in no way be responsible for delays caused by the United States Postal Service or by any other
delivery service or occurrence. Any responses to this RFQ received after the stipulated time and date will not be accepted, and/or opened
and will be returned to the Proposer.

Interested Construction Managers should submit in writing a request for RFQ Packets to Terry Ransom, CRA Architects, via email to
transom@craarchitects.com.

At the time of Advertisements being published, the owner requests to not be contacted by respondents, agents of respondents, or
anyone on behalf of respondents during the selection process time. Any party engaging in contacting the hospital employees on their
behalf for the purpose or regarding this project may be disqualified from participating in this RFQ process.
