The laboratory at Madison County Memorial Hospital provides quality testing and excellence with efficient and effective services for both adult and pediatric patients. Our lab consist of Licensed Medical Technologists, Medical Laboratory Technicians, Phlebotomist and a Pathologist. Our staff takes great pride in knowing they play a crucial role in patient diagnosis, treatment and monitoring.
Our services are certified by CLIA and licensed by the State of Florida.

What to Do:
Bring your insurance cards, Photo ID, physician telephone and fax number with lab request (prescription order). This will enable our laboratory to send the test results to your physician in a timely manner.Hours of Operation:

Emergency testing is performed around the clock.
Appointment:
Our laboratory operates on a walk in basis and no appointment is necessary for physician prescription orders
An appointment is required for glucose tolerance and DNA testing.
Handicapped Patients: 
We have handicapped parking and ramp ways
