Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible while following the medical care plan designed for you by your physician or mid-level provider. Your health and comfort are important to us and our goal is to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
Our skilled nurses oversee and coordinate your care to achieve the best healthcare outcome. Our team of professionals work with the patient, family, physician, community resources and other health care professionals to promote the highest level of care.
We provide acute care and swing bed services. Our swing bed services program gives the patient the opportunity to become stronger before being discharged. The patient must first have spent at least three days in hospital acute care within the preceding thirty days.
Bring your physician’s orders or other paperwork with you. Bring a complete list of the medications and the dosages you are currently taking. This list should include over-the-counter medications, vitamins and herbal preparations. It will be very important for the nurses and physicians to know of any allergies to any medications you may have. We ask that you not keep medications at the bedside. While you are in the hospital, we are required by law to dispense your medications to you.
Do not bring alcohol or other drugs with you. Leave jewelry or other valuables at home or with your family.
If you have any questions, please call our Chief Nursing Officer.
