Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible while following the medical care plan designed for you by your physician or mid-level provider. Your health and comfort are important to us and our goal is to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
Our skilled nurses oversee and coordinate your care to achieve the best healthcare outcome. Our team of professionals work with the patient, family, physician, community resources and other health care professionals to promote the highest level of care.
We provide acute care and swing bed services. Our swing bed services program gives the patient the opportunity to become stronger before being discharged. The patient must first have spent at least three days in hospital acute care within the preceding thirty days.
If being admitted by your doctor, please be sure to bring physicians orders with you to admissions. Likewise, while you are a patient in the hospital, the nurses are required by law to administer your medications to you. Therefore, Please bring in all current medication bottles including over the counter and herbal/ vitamins for verification purposes.
-Bring a complete current medications and dosages list (including vitamins and herbal supplements)
-Bring a list of current allergies
-Do not bring alcohol or other drugs
-Leave jewelry or other valuables at home
